Customers will be given a 14 days cooling off period to cancel after agreeing to our terms, with the initial 2 weeks being deducted from the total refunded amount.

Changing or cancelling an order
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us in writing within 7 days. If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required. to place an additional order.

My Payment Card has changed/expired during split payment option.

Any payments outstanding due to expired/change of card will be requested by Football’s Future. If payment is not received within 10 working days, the attending child/ren will be unable to participate until the missing payment has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?
Once agreed all actioned refunds will take up to 5 working days to show back in your account.

If a customer decides to cancel due to no longer wanting to be on a course then 30 days notice must be given. A customer cancelling due to a severe injury e.g broken leg or serious illness must provide a doctors note as proof and give us 14 days notice.

Football’s Future Ltd once receiving the proof and accepting will arrange for any coaching sessions to be subtracted from the remaining amount. Deposits must be accepted by customers as non refundable in our terms and conditions and payment plan explained in full including £5 charge for set up/admin costs.

Customers paying in full per term should understand in our terms and conditions that any cancellation due to a child no longer wanting to participate will again need to give 30 days notice and will be refunded for monies owing from 15 working days after notice was given to the end of any course paid for. A customer that can no longer afford their payment plan must prove a change in circumstances e.g lost their job or are in severe debt in writing to Football’s Future Ltd and give evidence that will be considered when requesting a refund.

The terms will be based case by case to ensure compassion is given to our customers, ensuring that both parties end the contract fairly and any coaching sessions already completed are deducted from the refund amount plus admin fees. Any refunds, returns or complaints regarding Merchandise sold by our provider should be contacted directly and Football’s Future has no financial interest in the company.
